Hi Bisal thank you for your comment. Yes, angle probes can be used to inspect cladding although velocity and change in angle need to be considered during the inspection.

What is alarming thicknesses @ how to calculate
Depends on client specification, life on an in service item, nominal wall thickness, item application, etc... Can usually be expected to be between 5% - 10% of nominal thickness.
